Castle Kaha Lani Resort, Lihue

We had a pleasant stay overall with a central location that made exploring the island easy. The beaches nearby were nice for walking but swimming wasn't ideal due to strong waves. The units were clean and well-equipped, although some amenities need improvement. There was no hot tub by the pool, and we faced issues with the laundry facilities, although we appreciated the $50 refund. It's a mixed bag, but we enjoyed our time here.

The property boasts stunning ocean views and is located right on the beach, which is perfect for those who love the water. However, the lack of air conditioning and poor cleaning service made our stay quite uncomfortable, especially with a family. While the condo itself was lovely, it's not set up for families needing regular upkeep or kitchen use in hot weather.
